One of the best Hospital in Odisha. Excellent service but price cost is very high otherwise it's good from all Hospitals

One of the worst private hospital in Bhubaneswar , Come here only when other options are not available. Only medical facilities are good nothing else.
We all know private hospitals loot money and when someone is under insurance their loot multiplies but here they will loot you , keep the patient in ICU for more days, keep him admitted unnecessarily to increase the bill which will even break you mentally.. The amount of loot is insane here ..
Even patient and attendant will get frustrated that why we are being kept admitted so many days why the patient is being kept in ICU for 3-4 days extra even after getting stable long back ..Even if you have insurance why would anyone like to stay in hospital unnecessarily to give them business.. There are bloody idiots operating here ..Even their insurance process is highly unprofessional compared to Apollo ..They dont send the documents in one shot and it may get rejected from TPA multiple times , which will again add to your misery and you have to spend extra days in hospital ..On first they ask us what is your insurance limit - how is it imprtant to you to know the limit for treatment ?

Nice hospital. Treatment is costly. Multispeciality hospital. Doctors and staffs are well trained.

The infrastructure of this hospital is really nice with a good ambience. You will find this neat and clean. Ideally if you have insurance then the hospital will try to make sure that you stay here longer than you really need. This hospital is lack of good paramedics staff. Yes there are some good paramedics staffs. But looking at the no of patients it is much less. Forget about good paramedics staff, there are not enough staffs. Be it paramedics or house keeping. And even you can find some really arrogant floor managers who are least helpful. The hospital is also lacking of sufficient medical instruments.
The discharge facility is the worst of its kind. Now a days most of the big private hospitals are doing the same. To complete the paper work they take ages. My uncle was supposed to be discharged by 2PM, but finally
he was discharged around 11PM. And yes they charged us for the whole day of a room and they also told us that we have to leave today itself. I asked them if you have charged us the room charge for the day, then we can vacate it tomorrow morning as well. They told me that as the order is generated we have to leave so that some other patient will move in and they will charge that patient money for one more day.
For the people having insurance who will admit here for some days; Unless you want to pay really more, always make sure that you tell them that you don't have insurance and admit your patient without insurance. Only after 2-3 days go to the insurance help desk and inform about the insurance.
