We are here only for Dr. S L Advani. Their are very slow. To discharge from hospital it takes 6-10 hours but they charged extra for staying extra for their delay. Junior doctor is not good at all because of them senior consultant don’t get medical report timely. Because of that we had to stayed Mumbai 7 days more.

Worst service ever .Absolute absence of hospitality.
We kept on calling thrice a day for three days
Everytime to just hear that report is not ready
The person receiving the phone was too rude and the way she talked reflected pure lack of care towards patients
Be sure that you will be made to wait for a couple of extra days for your report.
Despite of which they will never commit to an exact date and time.
Even after giving a time for collecting the report when we reached the report was not ready.
We were made to waitoutside were told that the report is in for signing whereas the report was with the person outside.
They wont even mail the report.
In short please dont avail serivices .

Absolutely pathatic hospital . Support staff worst. Exorbident fees , please compare with leading hospitals before hand. Drs may be good but overhaul experience is of getting ripped. And you can't do anything about it. Outside Dr recommended and did find out their pricing is 50%-60% higher ....

The most pathetic of all hospitals. None of the staff is able to move quickly and get stuff done fast. Everything needs to be. Asked for or followed up or it won't happen.
4 hours to complete discharge procedures is just a new way to add to Ur room bill.

there is no option for half star otherwise that would have been my choice.... worst phone service ever... no manners to talk very pissed with this.
