OPENED SB ACCOUNT 16 DAYS BACK, INITIAL AMOUNT DEBITED ON 22 SEP 2017, BUT THE ACCOUNT STILL SHOWS ZERO BALANCE NOR HAS IT BEEN LINKED TO MY EMAIL AND MOBILE NUMBER. EVERYDAY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE BANK OVER PHONE BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO RESOLVE THE MATTER.

I called and inquired about my cheque 2 days before. First time they said, they will call me back and give updated status. But after 1 hour when I have called and asked about my cheque, they just disconnect call without giving any status. I don't think Kotak is looking towards their service and professionalism. Very bad experience

Bed service, I deposite 2 cheque same movement but one cheque clear in 1st clearance and 2nd one clear next day.
