I wish i could give a big zero..they are nonsense..mostly working people taking admission here but most of them never complete their graduation because ignou aleays trying to fail students...study center never co-operates with students..no body can pass within 3 years..and after all this mnc reject ignous degree with an excuse that open university so not valid..still ignous teacher and administrators behaves like dr.abdul kalam.
Ignou has to understand a think that only poor student and working people are taking admission there..no body will gives ias from there so plzzzzzz stop behaving like st Xaviers or stephen...idiot.
