Horrible organization. I request all not to register with IGNOU for any courses. I stay abroad and register for Master's in English but every time I try to call them no one pick up the phone neither regional Centre (KOLKATA) nor any study centre. I am clueless what is the status of my admission, when I will receive the books. For every thing you have to physically go and visit them. Please please you should register with them at all.

IMPORTANT: TAKE YOUR COLOURED PRINT-OUT OF ID CARD .they don't accept black&white ,when attesting the ID card
