The building quality reflects the real condition of the University itself. This is ironic that this is the main office of a technical University of a state. The building is not even on a main road (4*4), it's inside a allyway and it's impossible to know that there is a University situated in there.

Awesome place , if you got any query you just need to ask nicely the security guards ( uncles ) , they help out a lot. The officials are very nice too .

Better than Calcutta University. Atleast students get marks here, which is all that counts nowadays! Though MAKAUT should really update their syllabus.

The central goverment of india must stop this university to function so as to prevent the lives of future students.Worst,pathetic,and outdated university.Government of India either should merge it with Jadavpur/Kalyani university for the betterment of future..The Nirf/Mhrd dont even consider this university as an important university not even a tier 3 tor 4 level category.Easily could have given 0,but google dont allow it.They intentionally give low marks and provides dgpa,no class or division and tell us to covert it into cgpa lol f** that.Dirty place.Staff sit idle,swat mosquitos and only have lunch all day.One cannot compare it with VTU or Anna University(where all private colleges are affiliated to just like in wbut where all private colleges are affiliated) in karnataka or tamil nadu which it has world class infrastructure and is recognised by mhrd/nirf at tier 1 level, and QS worldwide,where students feels proud to be assosciated with it.
