We went Narayana superspeciality hospital on 20 oct 2017 with my husband with fracture in his right wrist and consulted Dr.vivek Sharma with qualification of Ms,DNB(ortho),MNAMS. We showed him the X-ray, after going through it he suggested three ways one was simple plaster, other surgery by inserting a wire and third was another type of surgery. Then for fracture he recommended for CT scan which itself shows how these private hospitals mislead patients to earn money. Then we told them we r not claiming medical insurance, then immediately he said go CT scan then we will decide. After getting CT scan he says "I am taking chance by not putting up plaster u may go and buy one wrist support for for six weeks and manage". Just because we said we r not using medical claim he said so. Then we came back we consultants another doctor he saw X-ray and said it's clear fracture and said why CT scan when X-ray is very clear then he fixed it. I am reporting this so that this type cheating should not happen to anybody. Dr. Vivek Sharma would have completed the treatment and charged accordingly. I lost fair on these private hospitals.

The worst ever hospital.legalised looting..I am lucky tht by chance I have got good doc for my cancer treatment..Next time onwards planning to.visit the same doc in the govt organisation...As this is a diacoting hospital..eveb One star is not eligible

Doctors are not experienced.Even my doctor struggled hard for a good stetho in an entire word.Out of the ten stetho ony 2 or 3 was working properly.

Service is good. Doctor is also very good. But too costly and no transparency in billing.
