Not at all well maintained.Too small a room...Even after giving feedbacks no changes seen,it is as if they ignore thier custimers, apart from the restuarant nothing is good.No value for money or customer

Located right opposite to VIP gate of Salt Lake Stadium, the hotel doesn't have its own parking. It's situated on the service lane but the sewer lines in front are dug up for some construction. The hotel staff is super polite and right from front office managers to the bell boys and servers smile and keep asking you about services and food. Politeness, courteousness and pleasant nature : the staff should be commended for these matters. Rooms are ok, can be given some more amenities. Any problem you face the staff is more than happy to rectify it and help you cope up. The food needs to be improved. The value for money for food is less.

The reception looks quite fancy but the hotel rooms were not upto the mark... The food quality was average and the price was higher than what it should have been.
Overall 3 star is a good rating.

Rooms were small than my expectation but Really enjoyed the clean and calm environment.
Even the staff members were really good in behavior.
Food was really good.
I would definitely like to come here again.
