I am continuously writing to have benefits of two of my pending policies bearing No''s 492712-C and Dl 4228-C each of Rs. 10,000/- and the next of Rs.50,000/- addressing my communications to the PLI headquarters here at New Delhi with copies to the main headquarters at Kolkata right from the time I had been transferred to the Indian High Commission to Islamabad, next to Paris and to Kabul, Afghanistan. Last visit I had been asked to fill up a form for getting the benefits here at Jhandevalan, but it was of no use and no payment or no communication had come from Postal Life Insurance. How long I am to wait is a big question mark since all my communications had been repeated both to the Kolkata headquarters. Will this be take care of ? Will I get a reply? I have today written a letter separately. Please look into this and give me a reply.
