Excellent and well informed trainers, that consider helping you their path to salvation. This place is one of the very few gyms in Kolkata that has the knowledge about the proper techniques and postures required for training. The trainers here not only provide adequate personal attention but also keeps individual's requirements and goals in mind. I would definitely recommend Zest. I do acknowledge the fact that Zest has a little steep charges, but undoubtedly it is worth every penny because this gym delivers results!
