Also known as Minto Park. That was the former name given by the British to the park in honor of Gilbert John Elliot-Murray-Kynynmound, 4th Earl of Minto. He was both governor general and viceroy of india famous for the Morley Minto reforms. The government renamed the park in honor of Bhagat signh. The park is very well maintained. It has colorful fountains and a joggers track
