I have no idea what experience Mr J Smith had, but it couldn't be further from the truth of my own experience. And I am not related to or personal friend or associate to Dr Dhariwal and have no affiliation except as a patient/client of Adarsh Clinic MRC Nagar Chennai.
Dr Vinamra Dhariwal was extremely professional, he and his staff went out of their way to explain in detail the procedures undertaken and went beyond the necessary patient / doctor liaison to ensure I was comfortable and fully cognisant with all aspects of the treatment.
I would strongly reject the statement of Mr Smith that money was the prime motivator as Dr Dhaliwal outlined the cost of each treatment before commencement and if I thought the cost was beyond my budget then I had ample opportunity to try another clinic. However I found the pricing more than affordable, the surroundings more than pleasant and the hygiene of exceptional standard. The surgery was equipped with the most up to date equipment, better than most dental clinics in the Western world. Sure there are no doubt cheaper dental services available in India, but there is an old adage that suggests you get what you pay for; though in this instance I thought it was excellent value for money.
I undertook implant treatment followed by the placement of crowns. The treatment as per the norm required visits separated by an interval of 6 months to allow the implants and bone to knit. On both occasions, each taking several visits, totalling possibly 10-12 visits in all, I was treated as a valued customer and was always treated with respect and with dedication to achieve the best possible outcome.
Would I recommend Adarsh Clinic...without doubt, and I do no not give praise lightly, but Dr Dhaliwal did marvellous work for me, so I can only suppose he would do likewise for you.

great experience really liked it, i have been to other dentists couple of times previously but this was a world class experience the new facility was pretty well equipped and the chief took great care and individual care for us will definitely recommend this place to my other friends while they come to india thank you Dr Dhariwal :-)

Horrible experience.. Very unprofessional.. horrible manners.. Dr Dhariwal and his students do not treat patients like people..I think all the reviews here are written by him or his students..These are fake reviews..The only thing that Dr Dhariwal is worried about is minting money.. He also has an extremely aggressive/over-confident approach for treatment..Doesn't even let the patient make decisions or ask questions...When I asked questions regarding the treatment approach- I was never given any answers- in fact I was ridiculed by his unprofessional students...Patients -BEWARE.. There are a lot of good dentists in Chennai...But Dr. Dhariwal is not one of them.. Please don't go to Adarsh Dental Clinic if you want to healthy set of teeth and gums.

Very well run dental clinic. Courteous and professional.
More importantly, very genuine and not commercial minded.
The location on the map is wrong. The clinic is opposite to Gill Adarsh Mat. school.
