Doctors and staffs are so good and polite, very good treatment, parking is not a problem so wide space available in out side.

Really really nice hospital ... Though it lacks infrastructure . Doctors here are so good they are polite and down to earth . They never charge anything apart from medicines .. very nice hospital

Today I went to buy medicine for my sister but treated very badly by staffs in pharmacy, they thought I am a patient and started to asked how many years I am coming to hospital don't I know Tuesday is holiday. I told them in the letter head also you had not mentioned about holidays and working hours. So yesterday I came by 4PM the security person told me that pharmacy is closed, today by 10AM I came in reception they told that hospital is closed today.
Since my sister's condition is very poor so I need medicine but came back after getting insulted by your staffs.
It's ok, please ask your staffs to be polite to patients, it seems your staffs does not even patients as human being.
I regret very much for coming to SCARF to treat my sister. If I had known these things before I would have never came to this unfriendly hospital.

An institute with a very trained staff. I was well attended and they gave adequate time to listen to my problems. It opens by 9 am and they attend patients till 2 pm only. Parking is a problem and needs to be addressed by the authorities.
