Never buy their ULIP plans they take your fist premium and eat up all your money. They never disclose hidden charges to financially illiterate customers. They misguide and brain wash you that you will get good returns. Waste of time and energy.

I AM A POLICY HOLDER OF ICICI INSURANCE WHO APPROACHED ANNANANGAR BRANCH AT 4.10 PM ON MAY 4TH 2016 +
A SIGN ON THE SECURITY GUARD TABLE STATED " CUSTOMER SERVICE TIMINGS 10.30 AM TO 4 PM "
- I ASKED THE SECURITY GUARD , IF I CAN MEET SOMEONE TO ASK FOR A CLARIFICATION . HIS REPLY WAS " ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE LEFT "
GUESS THIS IS A MOST EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY COMPANY - WHICH CLOSES AT 4 PM +

Very bad service, I had today. The officials in the Customer Service Desk need to give explanation to their employer.
I was made to wait for 30 odd minutes, only 2 more customers were there and I was NOT ATTENDED AT ALL.
Says system slow, with one customer, they were spending more than half an hour. I just left only submitting the feed back
I offer my service to the desk without any remuneration. Not even a cup of tea, i may expect in return. I can do wonders
