Worst service by the Staff, people at the reception don't know how to take care of customers, they thing they are the owners. They are the main reason for the bad name to the company. Being a policyholder i am regretting taking your service.
The company has goals of customer satisfaction only on books not in reality.

Worst experience with this insurance. Technically stupid bunch of people are employed who don't know how to handle customers grievances.
