I am a member of in shape gym from last 5years I didn't see any gyms like this in chennai very Gud trainers here well educated and management really great dear in shape team keep it up

Well,I been joined this gym some 2 months ago and i reduced 6kgs..Good transformation in my body frame and able to see my muscles !! All the trainers are good in encouraging nd giving workouts..They are very polite and friendly too!! Over all I have good experience!! I feel the gym s not spacious enough and water flow in rest rooms should be repaired!!

TALWALKARS INSHAPE IS AN EXCELLENT GYM, GOOD AMBIENCE, GOOD COACH, GOOD INSTRUMENTS AND EXCELLENT ATMOSPHERE.
I AM MEMBER IN THIS GYM FROM 2001 AND FROM THIS EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW HOW GOOD THE GYM IS. THE LOCATION IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE. OTHER GYMS HAVE COME AS COMPETITION BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO STAND TO THE POPULARITY OF THIS GYM. HERE THE MEMBERS COME TO SERIOUSLY WORK OUT RATHER THAN OTHER GYMS WHERE THE WORK OUT IS NOT SERIOUS. IT IS ONE OF THE BEST AND FIRST MODERN FITTNESS CENTRES IN CHENNAI.
