The executive was very patient in answering my queries when I made a payment to the wrong account number.
Though I called thrice within an hour he was patient enough to answer my queries with care till my payment got through

I am a NRI account holder with canara bank in Madras. India. All my funds are transferred thru bank of america, new york. If i open a savings account in IRS and Fixed Deposit in USD, am i going to gain on bank charges? please mail me the information ASAP.
