The RBS is Indian Bank despite the name. It is a relatively small Bank with limited ATMs.

Good for nothing bank. Login get disabled in 25 days. Is it a joke? ATMs in chennai have closed down. Phone rep is rude. I tell my first name and last name and he says it does not match the database (probably I have to mention the initials as well.) Once before interacting with these folks (because they had inactivated my account. Amazing.) - they questioned about mothers name and needed the exact initials etc. Its a pain to talk to them.
I have had enough. Closing the account. Hope they are listening! I dont know how they do business.

the phone numbers given are - just a waste - as I am not able to contact no one - in fact one of the phone numbers is not a working number
very bad / not at all professional - on the part of the abn amro bank - surprising and shocking
