There is no customer friendly service. The hotel is very near to Egmore Railway station.Passengers expect the hotel remains opened at least till midnight as the floating population is high even after midnight.The passengers may take food from this hotel. But the hotel administration wishes to close the hotel exactly by 10.00 pm. Even if you enter the hotel around 9.40 pm, you will be requested to finish the dinner before 10.00 pm. Moreover the waiters not interested to receive you.Simply saying that you are an unwanted customer at that time. This will irritate you further. Whether the high level management is aware of this fact is not known.
