Had very worst experience... staffs are very careless ... if we ask for some hairstyle , they do someother hairstyle and try to convince us... useless saloon... waste of money don't ever visit

Iam very delighted afta having my hair do ova here ....It's quiet beautiful changed my look n it's been a month still my hair cut looks the same way .....wud like to give sujjestion use the conditioner what they giving in toni n guy

It is the worst saloon ever !!!
They say that if you have lice on your head looks like they won't cut your hair. If you even have dandruff they may not cut your hair.They are trying to make you buy a costly shampoo to remove your lice..

Worst Experience.Got Esther the so called Beautician when i booked Toni & Guy at Vijaya Forum Mall though looked pricey.thought service will match and booked for FACE MAKEUP-HAIRSTYLING AND saree tying for 2 for a marriage function.Informed to go to madabam straight fro dressing for the mother of the bride and come back to the hotel nearby,where i stay to do for myself.Informed clearly that she has to finish for both by 6.00 and hence asked her to come by 3.00pm .She came late ard 4.00 pm to the mandabam and never turned up to do my dressing till 5.45.She messed up the whole thing for me ..no sense of how to put even lipstick.I asked her to erase n put so many times so that i dont look odd .she put a broad eye-liner and the eye shadow was also too much .Could not ask her to remove n redo as it was 6.45 already..Worst lady to book.Please avoid her as i later found her to be dishonest too..The real reason for her turning up late for me is that she had been begging others in the mandabam to take on saree-tying and hair do.She even fooled my cousin to do hair styling n took a whooping sum from her.At the time of booking,i was informed to give the transport cost of the dresser upon receipt of the same.After doing my make up she asked 10% of the makeup cost as transportation .When i asked for the receipt she said she came by auto and has no receipt.When i explained about her high cost which an auto driver will never demand she was negotiating/begging with me to provide the same..Not a staff for the name -Toni & Guy.Looks like you need to train your staffs a lot.DO NOT BOOK ESTHER ATLEAST IF NOT FOR TONI & GUY.Above feedback is soley based on my first and last experience in june2017
