Unreliable and poor service quality. Will make you nervous despite paying a high fare. Sharing my three horrible experiences with Fast Track.
I had booked a cab on 26.09.2017 to go to the Railway Station at 9.00 pm. Received two SMS from Fast Track with details of two different vehicle numbers and drivers contact information. Both the drivers called me and informed me that they are on the way. Both of them insisted individually that I should travel in their car. I contacted the call center and asked them to inform me which car should I use to avoid unnecessary arguments and ugly scene. Meanwhile both of them arrived at my pick up point and started calling me. They started shouting at the call center staff. Finally one of the drivers left the place scolding the call center. It was very embarrassing and irritating to call up one after another while I was busy packing for my travel.
A similar incident was about to happen on 04.10.2017. But as soon as I received two messages one after another, I spoke to the drivers and the call center and understood two cabs were going to arrive. To avoid waste of time and unpleasant scene, I cancelled my booking with Fast Track and used the service of another company.
I cannot also forget the painful experience I had about three months back with Fast Track. Although I had booked a cab for 10.00 pm to catch the bus at 11.00 pm, till 10.15 pm no message or car arrived. I contacted the call center once in 10 minutes from 9.30 pm and got the response that the details would be sent in five minutes. But, nothing happened.
After repeated callings and pleading/shouting, a car arrived at 10.15 pm finally. Fortunately, I could catch the bus at the last minute.

It has all the receipe for qualifying a third grade service provider.Arrogant customer Care, unreliable taxi drivers who will not turn up at scheduled time or not answering calls at last minute..dirty cars.Excessive charges just because they are have permitted slot at Chennai airport. Using their services from last 6 years just because of no other major reliable service provider.With Uber some relief.

Very Bad service. I have been charged for 495 rupees against 245 rupees of bill amout on 3rd Nov 17. i have booked for Mugappair from Teynampet in chennai at 6:30am (Taxi - Swift Dzire , No:2125). No customer service representative is taking responsibility. Its happened second time for me.

Never ever choose fast-track very very worst service. Both driver and fast track management and telecaller all are not responsive. It happened for several times. Last moment they will simply say that cans not available or it will take more time.

I just called fast track to book a cab and my booking id is 20538. The person who talked to me over phone was very rude and careless. He never listened to any of my concerns. If you employ people like him then no one will ever call fast track. Yesterday I booked a fast track cab booking id# 49868, driver did not know any route in Chennai. We had to ask auto drivers for route the entire trip. I canceled my booking and I will now go with OLA.
