Avoid this cab company. Cab was like a corporation dog vehicle. Didnt come on time. Have to guide the driver to pick up point despite providing address. Air conditioning was set to lowest whilst we have been suffocating inside. Driver was patient though but overall experience was pathetic. Dont recommend at all..

Worst experience. Driver's phone was not reachable in most of the cases. I had to call the Friends track office and find out his whereabouts. He took a long route to reach the destination. I would have reached in time, if I had taken public transport.

Cheating is the core of their business. They have charged 10 kms extra from their app. our total travel according to google maps and car odometer is 34 kms but they have charged for 44 kms. driver was arrogant and started mis behaving. i could not argue as i was with my family and kids. Call center guy said go and complain to the police in a harsh way and did not respond to further calls.

Friends cab is the worst cab in chennai. Very bad driver, he is unprofessional...... car condition is worst... the moment I book the cab, the cab driver called me. He doesn't know the route....... he is enquiring route to us. So I called the call service to chang the driver. Inspite of the request, they didnt change driver. The trip experience is worst... please don't use friends cab.
