Me and my daughter have joined World of Yoga at Dona paula Goa. I have seen lot of improvement in us. My daughter is performing better. Very happy to see her overall development. I had joined stress management program there, It really proved to be beneficial for me. Thanks to all the teachers at World of Yoga.

I learnt basic yoga at World of Yoga. It was total makeover. Yoga really showing positive effects on me. Feeling fit and healthy.

This is one of best yoga studio who wanted to learn Asanas,pranayam, hath yoga, and wanted to reduce stress, detoxification and wanted to live healthy. I am so glad that i found Yogagoa. Thanks Namatra.!!!!

It was a wonderful experience of my life with Namrata’s Yoga School in Goa, India. She helped me thoroughly to gain me good health through different methods of ancient India one of them was Yoga. With Namrata’s Yoga Classes I learned about Ayurvedic massages, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, various difficult Asanas, Stress management, Meditation , Detoxification , Weight reduction , Childrens yoga, Surya namaskar and yoga teachers training. List is very long… I recommend Namrata’ yoga classes.
