I have been to this hospital just because it is highly rated here. After the visit I thought I just made a mistake. Equipment that optometrist using there was no good. And Doc explained nothing about why my eyesight is getting worse. I am not speaking about any other treatments in which doc may involve. My first hand experience here was not nice.
Edit: I didn't remember the name of one of the staff members who called me in response to the above review. Response was very quick. I was extremely pleased to know how much you people care towards the improvement of the PSR eye hospital. Thank you for showing your concern.

Our experience was very pleasant. We were attended promptly as soon as we entered. Ambience was good and staff was very courteous.

It appears staff are well trained in receiving and engaging the patients.They are humble, service oriented, taking care of patients like an infant.The clinic ambiance is excellent! .Dr. Shiva is exceptional in handling the patients and explaining the process in detail. Was apprehensive at first about the PRK but he made it very easy and comfortable for me.I recommend
