Worst service they provide, complimentary breakfast what they provide is from some road side stall, bedsheets and blankets are dirty and unchanged, in sufficient staff to address room service. No provision for warm water to take bath in evening

Nothing to say no uniform code dress to staff no moral responsibility & moreover only one answer they have for every question we don't know or we will check

Staff is co-operative. But amenities like providing hot water to customers is not good. Not recommended during winter season. They did lot of juggards by not providing hot water for bath in the morning. Only for one session bathing in the morning. Infact not staff issue. 100% management issue by not providing proper amenities. Staff is definitely co-operative. Would recommend only if you prefer to go during summer where in which you don't mind bathing in Luke warm water. Remember Hyderabad climate is pretty hot during summer. Suggested only for people who wish to stay for a day. Not advisable for family along with kids who wish to stay more than 1 day
