Fitness is a norm for the people of Hyderabad now. We tend to lose our fitness because of our lazy lifestyle hence we try to regain it by joining gymnasiums. This particular gym is a well equipped and well maintained one in and around Huda complex area. All kinds of equipments are available here for weight loss and strength training as well. Professional trainers are available all the time to give personal care. The owner, Mr. Avinash is himself a fitness expert and is capable of giving diet charts for our fitness regime. The best part is, it is not so crowded yet charges a reasonable fee. It is maintained neat and clean by workers who clean all the equipment every day with Dettol. A separate gym is available for ladies giving them privacy. Many professionals like Doctors, Police, Military people, Govt. Officers and young fitness enthusiasts like me come to this place and sweat out. I myself lost 15 Kgs in a span of 6 months. I would strongly recommend this place to those people who are committed to keep themselves fit.
