Been a member for about 2 years. One of the best gym in the area. Trainers are certified and and very helpful. The equipments are ok, better than some other gyms nearby. Steam room and locker services are included for the price. That's a plus point.

It's a big gym with distinct portions for cardio and weightlifting. It's well equipped but the equipment is aging and the management isn't interested in replacing it. There's a good crowd and the trainers are fine. The subscription fee is very reasonable
