Totally unreliable service.I had asked for a cab (Hatchback)which i had booked 4 days prior to the trip.The person in charge doesnt intimate me till the last hour of the journey,on top of it he says only sedan is available and I would have to pay extra for it.He was very arrogant and rude and not at all helpful.I should be provided the vehicle of my choice not take whatever you throw at me.Customer service is worst,I think only one person runs the whole thing.Calls are not picked at all and customer is left at their mercy.Caused lot of problems due to cancellation.I would recommend to others to never use your service.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
