I Like Dr. Lakshmi and 2 other Vet doctors here. This place is like an animal factory. They are so busy and always behind even if you have an appt. I hate that it's outdoors....no AC, mosquito's always there to get you, owners household help that don't know how to control/manage their animals. Dirty. I hate going there with the passion. Something that should take an hour or so depending on reason of visit turns out that you're camping out for AT LEAST 1/2 day. Then of course they only have a squatter that is in the dark. So basically you either dehydrate yourself the whole time you're there or deal with the squatter and no soap and a sink to wash up after. I have no other choice to go elsewhere as other places are even worse. The staff help (assistance) dont do much like they do in US the owner/household help has to be with the animal and help with all that goes into the visit.

This place offers exceptional medical facilities to Animals but thier charges are exorbitant. Driven by a motive to only make money people with lots of love for thier pets and less money in thier pockets will only be disappointed.

Money minded people.. They need money but they ignore health..... My dog has nose bleeding by some others assistance i took my dog but my dog has worsened his health.. Please be attentive to every patient.. No self dabba please...!!!.. The senior most n head of that hospital didn't see my dog at all she was busy wd others..! Staff was pretty good... But they were ignorant

Attending calls is the first thing to do if you are running a hospital. Secondly giving priority to emergency cases instead of routine check-up is a common sense. Thirdly if there's an accident which requires immediate assistance you should try to extend the possible treatment instead of making them go away. I can go on, but I hope this highlights the major flaws in this so called popular hospital. Good luck!

Today I would like to share our experience with the animal care clinic. We went to the hospital with a lot of pain and sorrow holding our dog, the doctors present at the clinic gave us lot of moral support and encouraged us to go ahead for the surgery which we did. The hospital gave our happiness back by saving our lovely pet. We are very thankful to Dr. Tapasree who performed the surgery. Dr. Shireen and Dr. Niharika supported us a lot to go ahead with the surgery. All the staff members were very friendly and supportive. We recommend animal care clinic for the well being of your pets.
