Worst experience ever! I can even rate it as
-neg100000000.
Bought a dining table on 27 June 2017.
Problems-
1.The top of the table and legs are not matching.
2.There are so many scratches and marking done on table top with permanent marker of black color.
3.Polish is also not done on table.
4.After sale service is also not provided we have to do all the stuff by overself.
5.Customer service don't pick customers phones. And if they pick it they will give you silly excuses for the complaints.
6. When asked for the phone no. of head of store they give the no. of worker , who will tell you to search the no. of head on internet if you can.
7. When we asked for refund or replacement they tell that we don't provide refund and if we make same table after 6months or a year we will replace your table with new one.
I will only advice the customers to go with online shop or any other shop, mehidpurwala doesn't worth you.
