I had the pleasure to practice for one month in Ashtanga Yoga Jaipur and I just loved. I came for 2 days while traveling in India and decided to change all my itinerary in the country to stay there for one month. After a break in my practice, the shala was the best place to reconnect with it. Kapil and Vikram are extremely knowledgeable with the Mysore Style and have one of the best adjusted that I had in all my time practicing (6 years in total). Now that I come back to my self practice I'm grateful for all my learning there and missing them so much. I wish I had the opportunity to be one of their regular student. And for sure I will come back. Thank you so much for the guidance and for help me to come back to my practice. See you soon

Wonderful classes. They teach the basics and work on the fundamentals of yoga and pranayama. This helps in getting the right posture and benefit from the asanas.

Hands down ,The best fitness option around!!! I feel the whole studio is welcoming , calm and a great place to workout!!! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get fit!! Once you start you will be hooked! I promise!
