Best Fitness studio in banipark . Its very well equipped. I should say that Ajay sir is one man army, the only trainer of the fitness studio but he is personal trainer for everyone😃. He pays attention on every member. His knowledge related to workout, body texture and diet is very vast. He almost have an answer to every query. His workout programmes is very effective you will feel like that you are a celebrity 😃.He divides workout in four parts upper body, Abs, arms and lower body. He provide friendly and comfortable environment though gym gets crowded sometime but he always has a smile on his face.
Its money worthy and gym at reasonable rates as compared to other expensive gyms.

I become muscular and I gained almost 15 kgs. I never used any steroids to gain muscles, I got them after focusing on high carbs diet and efforts made by Ajay sir. But due to shift of my home, I am not able to go there, really missing those days. I joined this gym in 2014.
And I also like the new avatar of the gym.

Best gym in banipark area.
I liked the environment and training method of the trainer. Trainer is very helpful .
There is a chart if u forgets your workout regimen.
Don't waste your money in other expensive gyms.

My experience with this gym is really good.
I enjoyed working out here. I joined the gym for 3 weeks and it's worth my money. The trainer Mr Ajay is very supportive and always wiling to help me.
Treadmill , exercise bikes and cross trainer are equipped there. Nice cable machines and dumbbell area.
First two / three days I felt lonely but got supportive environment from other female member.
Although there is room for improvement in gym, but space is limited.
