Worst service. The crew there were so unprofessional. Breakfast was included as part of package,but ultimately nothing were there and we had to take it from outside. The so called restaurant is in basement which always smells bad and congested.We were provided accomodation on the top floor which was quite noisy.

Best budget hotel it's so cheap and rooms are as good as 3-4 star hotels.

We had a verry nice stay in Prem Beacon, the service there is really good. They don't have laundry service but offered to give our laundry outside. That was way cheaper than in the hotel before and took one day. I'm pretty sure they get everything done you need during your stay as well without extraordinary charges.

Staff can't speak good english. Rooms are dirty and a lot of things are broken. They let so many people in 2 rooms checking in at 11 pm and they talked and screamed that we couldn't sleep for hours. Also you can hear the train all the time. Would not stay there again.
