Extremely bad shopping experience at the Furniture Section. At the time of payment, we were told that we will receive fresh pieces of items ordered, but after 10 days when we contacted them to enquire about the arrival of items, they said that we will have to pick the pieces on display as they don't have any fresh pieces in the warehouse.
Sales persons are only concerned for selling but they don't care for the brand name of TATA at stake.
