We had been there for ceserion section (Child Birth) of my wife. Had choosne this hospital just because of insurance panel even I ignored a suggestion of my friend to not to choose this hospital but still I had choosne this hospital due to the setup. Since the gynecologist for my wife was not from this hospital so experience of LSCS was good even may be the best but rest all was not at all pleasant. Starting with Reception & TPA manager all were very rude. Even those people don't know how to talk. They were not even replying the queries properly. Person at TPA so called manager was not bothered to listen & highly rude. I didn't find any quality of manager in that so called manager expect being rude & genrating excessive bills for indoor patients I can quote his name here but I think that is of no use. Room allotted to us was having vary much smell of pest control & of lower category as per eligibility. Hospital staff (expect few) were not willing to take care of the mother & child even they were more focused on taking money after child birth. Nurse on duty was feeling boredom in caring the patient. Even hospital was not giving medicins which were prescribed by our gynecologist. When I had asked they told us that our doctor prescribe only these medicins. Only one nursing staff Ms. Leela seems concerned for her patient.

Would like to suggest to Dr. Pushpa Jaiswal to seriously work on soft skills & professionalism of their staff. Being in nursing industry this type of carelessness is not at all good for your business. I do call it business because everyone was interested in making money out of it.

I will not at all recommend this hospital to anyone who is planning their child birth here.

Note: This review is for hospital as an entity only & has nothing to do with Dr. Pushpa Jaiswal. We used the services of Hospital only & not of Dr. Pushpa Jaiswal. Our treating doctor was Dr. Pallavi Dhawan & we are highly satisfied with her consultation, diagnosis & treatments.

Worst doc i have seen in my life....she can take life a person.... she works only for money...if you all wanna save life to your dear ones...don't prefer this doctor...... DAMN WORST DOCTOR....Please Please don't visit even in emergency condition

Best hospital in the city. Doctors and Staff is very friendly and cooperative.
