Hotel is excellent but some staff member is rediculus ....for eg . Mr.Sumit ....he even dnt hv any manners to deal with guest....
Today i went for booking ....he talked very rudely and harsly....
Very disappointed.....

Location of hotel is in the middle of city and all major locations in Lucknow are easily accessible from here, rooms are neat & clean with good food. They need to work little on room service part otherwise it's good value for money.
