Great customer service from ICICI Lombard Branch in Lucknow. I used their travel insurance policy several times and in future will continue to do so because of the benefits and budget friendly cost of its plans.

The activation of Two wheeler policy by ICICI Lombard was quick. The policy covers loss or damage to my vehicle in case of any unforseen event. I chose ICICI Lombard because it’s a reputed name in the market. They have large number of network garages across the country which can come to your rescue in case of any break down.

They've settled my brother's Rail accident claim within a very short period.

Worst Service provider. After getting insurance papers people can't get any service. Even these people will not give any reply of legal notices.
