Great learning sessions. Trainers are very responsible and put a bird's eye on the aspirant Yoga learners. The student-teacher ratio is around 9:1. The best place in Lucknow to learn Yoga.

Was looking forward to doing ashtanga while in the city. However when I attended class here I was forced to take a private class first, which moved painfully slowly and cost 500 rupees which was an unpleasant start to the day.

PERFECT YOGA CLASSES AVAILABLE IN LUCKNOW. I REALLY LIKE IT. THEY TEACH VERY NICELY AND ACCURATELY. I AM DAMN CONVINCED WITH THESE YOGA CLASSES.

Brahmavarchas is the best yoga centre. Here I had a complete knowledge and true knowledge of yoga and my health problems also cured. The staff here is also very humble and supportive. They gave close supervision of each client.
