Ambience is good.
Breakfast is not good.lounge charges are per hour like airport lounge.
But not worth to stay here.
Slightly pungent smell is there.

Nice concept of waiting lounge implemented in the Indian Rail network.
I had the booking converted from normal seating to deluxe seating since waiting time was 5 hours.
It has all the necessary amenities so that your time flies by, TV,Wifi,bathing facility(pay additionally and you will get a bathing kit), buffet breakfast,lunch.
My only issue was limited number of toilets(the functional toilets were clean !) since when I went to the lounge , there was a good number of crowd and one of the toilets stopped functioning and hence there were only 3 toilets for all the travelers waiting in the lounge.They must put some signboard in front of toilets that do not function so that people do not use them further and make them non-usable.
Apart from the above concern, overall it was a nice experience with good quality of food served in buffet lunch and nice comfort provided from the deluxe seats.
Railways should implement these waiting lounges in more number of stations.

Very good place to relax before your next rail connection. Clean washrooms. Food is tasty and available at all times, chargeable. Polite staff. Best place as of now, at New Delhi Station, to wait (for more than 2 hours) for your train at affordable price.

Nice comfortable relaxing ambience. Services are awesome in cheap price.
You can get quick nap or get energized by seated massage or foot massage with complimentary tea coffee etc.
Dinning area also serves tasty meals at reasonable prices.

Lounge area is clean and classy. But the leaking upper floor washrooms with poor plumbing was not in order. The staff is helpful, polite, non bothering as they should be. 4 stars as per locale standards, 2.5 stars for International.
