The company does nothing but steals money from clients. I knew there are many frauds and scams in Delhi but never thought the official company inside Indira Gandhi International Airport involves in these kind of activities. The company charged INR 1200 from the airport to the Paharganj (four times more than average) and on the way to a hotel, it tried to trick further in order to get more money. In the middle of way, I got out of the taxi and caught another taxi. Once I got to a hotel, I contacted the taxi company and complained but it seemed it is usual for them.
My advice is never trust to any person in India. Use Uber and do not carry much cash with yourself.

Never use their service EVER! They scam you by charging almost 4 times the normal rate. They will lie to you at their counter as well. Whatever they promise you will not be true.
