Unfortubately there is no possibility to give 0 stars. I hope that says it all. Anyway short and precise review is that's Falcon tour and travels is a Worst among all I've ever tried. totally unprofessional staff. They lied to us. We booked a bus from Mathura to Noida. Pickup was at 7:30 PM and we could start at 9:30 PM. Delay is not the real problem. This travel company booked us on a already operating tour package from Agra to Mathura and Delhi. The bus started late from Agra. No intimation was given to us about delay. After repeated calls to company we could get number of driver to get the real status n location of bus. Bus driver and conductor both were drunk.
Bus conductor and driver was already aware about the plan but even after repeated calls to travel desk of company we didn't get any correct information or real picture. I hope and wish these guys get in return what they are doing bad with people. Shame on this unprofessional liers and cheat people.

I booked as a group on sep 17... The bus was late by an hour and a half ... 7:30 instead of 6am... And we reached back at 3am instead of 11:30pm!!! What a way to spoil the only sunday we had got during our trip!! Heights of unprofessionalism, lack of discipline and no concern for the travellers.. just one word-AVOID

Nice bus.. Very much disappointing in wasting in timing in unwanted places with local language guides... Wasting of my precious time... They dropped me off at 2.30am mid night... Got extra 400rs then they said before.. Better have other services or even book a cab..
