Very bad experience with kumar taxi servise, we hired a 12 seater tempo traveller maharaja 1*1 for himachal pradesh baba balak nath temple for (17th june 2017 nd returning on 18th june 2017) Rs 20/- per km..Extra rs 400/- per driver allow..+ all state taxes , toll tax etc...then the manager (ravinder) who has first taken us to see nd select the model of tempo traveller they show us both nd say this s 2017 nd 2016..after i said to manager (ravinder) that i want new 2017 model , then he said to me sir 2017 model is UP NO. Nd 2016 model is DL NO., i only give 2016 model bcoz this DL No. nd himachal tax we already paid annually...nd we also not sent UP no. Tempo in himachal pradesh...
we trusted ravinder(manager)...
The result is when tempo came in the morning nd we started our journey first a/c is not cooling , noise is coming from doors nd windows , the tempo traveller condition iss too bad not well maintained even the tempo cann't able to run on hilly areas bcoz the roads r in incline position nd the most important thing is tempo which is said to me 2016 model but actually is 2014 model ..all things which r promise to us by the ravinder( manager) r fake nd lie...
The driver was good , well behave nd corprative name is kamal ....after returning to delhi when the time came for totalling i am shocked they r charging km from office to office + returning time is 11:00 pm they also charging for that 400/- for third day..when i spoke to ravinder(manager) about the issues we have faced nd about office to office + extra night charge which is not tell to me before at the timeof booking , he is totally change that this s the rule nd what do u mean i have told u before ravinder is spoking in a rude manner but we have paid all the amount bcoz we cannt want to make big issues...
But guys i request u that please donn't go blind like me trusted from internet reviews, kumar taxi services manager ravinder is very bad person ,fake , rude manner but at the time of booking he is very polite nd soft spoken ,u cannt see like this person ever...
I donn't known about small cars services but i have very bad experiense from maharaja tempo traveller service.. what they promise they cannt give u ..so, please donn't book ur packeges in this kumar taxi service k block connaught place office....😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

We hired the taxi services from Kumar Taxi's of New Delhi for a week during our India trip. The vehicle provided was a good one and our driver Mohammed Quyyum was very helpful and a reliable person. The pricing for our week long trip for Delhi,Agra,Jaipur and Ajmer was reasonable amount,considering with the state tax and motorway tolls including. I would definitely hired their services if I plan any further visit to Delhi. Mr Kumar was very nice and polite. Best wishes for Kumars.
