Worst service ever ...... Faced this more than 3 times. While they offer membership they say in case of any breakdown service will per provided within 15 20 mins but when actually it happens with you and you call them they always give 45 50 min waiting time which gets extended to 1.5 hour for mechanic to reach you....

Worst services ever.. I was waiting for 2 hours after break down.. They said they sent mechanic and the mechanic never reached... They dropped my calls directly without talking..

I would not recommend anyone to use RACE CAR HELPLINE.
Not only are the customer care and customer support personnel extremely rude, they do not provide any concrete answers regarding the timeline.
I would like to share the incident that led to me to the aforementioned conclusion.
I had a minor car break down (car had a flat/puncture) on 13 Aug 2014 in the Noida Sector 62 Area. I reported the incident at 8:15-8:25 AM. I was told that the technician would be coming in

Twice the same experience!! Bad , Pathetic , worst to start with. They make all the false promises to get the membership. First and foremost they make you wait for at least 2 hours to 3.5 hours( against the promise to reach us in 30 mins.) Secondly they over charge the rates for the parts to be replaced. Talking to them is another thing which make you feel why have u called them at the time emergency. Being a lady driver the most important is to get immediate help but my experience with them is really bad. I will not recommend RACE CAR service to anybody, please do try some other options before fixing at one.

The most horrible service ever provided. These guys boast of 30 min on road assistance. When i actually needed help, they could not reach me even after 2 hours with various excuses. Firstly I had to call them atleast 15 times with no followup from them. On Calling them they came up with lame excuses like Mechanic is not answering the phone. this went on for and one and half hour. After which the guy said, he will arrange another mechanic for me who never showed up for the next 45 min. On calling them back again, the guy said he is sorry , the mechanic cant come today as his bike broke down. What RUBBISH...These guys should shut down the business if they cant manage...whats the point making commitments and getting paid for that and not doing a job at all..shameless cheaters..
Would not recommend this to any one...Its a total waste of money...
