We booked the Tempo Traveller, by paying INR 2000 in advance online, for Shimla for 1st Jan 2016, early morning. The driver could not turn up at the specified time and then we arranged the alternate. This traveling agency has not returned our booking amount yet, as it's been 2 years now.

Would give negative rating if this option was available. A really bad experience booking tempo traveler with these people. Tempo traveler's headlight didn't work and the driver was driving the vehicle without headlight in the night and when we asked him to stop the vehicle he didn't listen to us and stopped only after 2 hours around 9 pm. The owner never responds to the call. We were left on the road with 6 elders and 4 ladies from 9 pm till 4 am. Owner came with battery and replaced but was not even being human to apologize. The driver reached Hardiwar at 9 am but we were supposed to reach Haridwar by 9 pm the previous night. He complained that the tempo traveler needs to be repaired and left without showing us any place in Haridwar. He came back and said we need to get the vehicle changed as the engine was not in good condition and he would not take tension if the vehicle failed to climb Badrinath hills. Again we kept calling the owner, most of the times he never picked the call and he never gave proper response, if he accidently picked the call from a different number. The driver left us at Rishikesh and said he needs to go to Haridwar as there are no mechanic at Rishikesh (a very big lie). He left us and didn't return back to show any sightseeing at Rishikesh. When contacted he said he can't come owing to traffic. Then he said, vehicle is ready but there is no green card to go to Badrinath, then said can't get registation done owing to Sunday and the next day being Gandhi Jayanthi. These people are number 1 cheaters. They took Rs 25000 from us and cheated us. Worst service, highly irresponsible and don't have any consideration for another human being. Please never book with this agent. Ours was a very very bitter lesson and not to trust any transport agents. Everyone is an agent there and behind money with no responsibility or human decency to the money that they have already received. When contacted for refund of partial amount, they do not reply or pick our call. Real cheaters!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and pathetic tours and travels. We have booked one tempo traveler from 30 sep to 2 oct (Gurgaon to Agra) and nobody turned up. They have not picked the calls till 12 pm (we were supposed to leave at 10 am). Our booking for the hotel was cancelled and we lost 50K on account of that.

I don’t think even one star can be given to this agency. Will not recommand for anybody

I won't recommend this travel agency even to my enemies. It is the worst travel agency. I request everyone not to choose this agency and please never book before reading reviews. I made a mistake, you don't make one
