Worst experience ever ...customer satisfaction doesn't matter ...rude behaviour..zero star...suggest to never go to this shop....they are having old collection and they charges are too high....dont even bother to hear customer request and satisfaction

In fact i should give a zero star here. These guys are fraudsters. Never ever give them advance money... Else you ll be in great mess..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
I WENT THERE TO PURCHASE ONE INDOWESTERN DRESS FOR FAMILY FUNCTION. THEY TOOK MY MEASUREMENTS AND SAID A NEW & FRESH DRESS WILL BE MADE ACCORDING TO MY SIZE AND SHAPE, BUT THEY HANDED ME OVER STANDARD SIZE DRESS. THEY ALTERED THE OLD DISPLAY DRESS. EMBROIDERY AND LACE OF THE DRESS WAS COMING OUT IN SOME PARTS. GOTA PATTI WORK WAS NOT PASTED PROPERLY. STITCHING OF THE DRESS WAS VERY LOW QUALITY.
EVEN THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED ME FOR TRAIL OF THE DRESS IN WEEK DAYS AS COMMITTED BY THERE STAFF AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
