I am resident of Delhi bought Octave Jacket worth Rs. 3499 on 3 Dec 2016 from F-47, V3s East Centre Mall, Vikas Marg, Laxminagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110092 but after few days i noticed color fading issue in the that brand new jacket , on 24 Dec 2016 i visited the showroom and showed the jacket, the manager said he would send my Jacket to Octave Company for the resolution of the issue and assure me to come back or call after 10 Days, on hearing of no news of my Jacket, I called manager on 5th of January 2017 and i got response that come and take your new Jacket, on 7th of January 2017 i visited the showroom and what i heard is totally un expected, he said to me to choose the clothing of similar price range in order to re leave him form Jacket Issue, when i asked about my Jacket he said we can provide you a new jacket but do not come to me with similar issue again,
At last i bought the clothing's of similar amount, but with a promise not to visit any Octave store again in my whole life.
The Store Manager is very rude in talking customers, please avoid this store or experience the same.
