I am Navya, a fashion designer and worked for RJ ATTIRES, Kirti Nagar for a period of 1 month from 3 Jan,2017. I had to leave this job because of a medical emergency. Its been 2 months that I have been asking for my salary. Initially, they said they will pay after calculating all my attendance and kept on delaying the process and now almost after 2 months they said I haven’t done anything for the company instead wasted their resources hence they won’t pay my dues. Now they have started neglecting my calls and messages. I request everyone to suggest as to what should be done now to seek justice.
