Terrible - right from the start they messed up: a series of avoidable errors ensued. Anita the phlebotomist labelled the tubes after drawing the sample which isn't good practice as this can cause a mix-up with someone else's sample. She was rushy & harsh during the venipuncture. The needle was not opened in front of us...which compromises patient safety.
Most of the several tests we ordered had a TAT of the same day, however later that evening, many tests returned with the msg 'please repeat sample'. Upon our insistence, Mr Prem the manager there claimed that the Rohini lab had only tested 1 tube & were unaware that they had received 2 more. Initially, they reported that insufficient sample was provided (hence asking for further samples). According to their sample requirements online, this appears so. Some profile testing was incomplete & reference ranges were missing too! They kept concocting different stories in order to cover up their mistakes. Moreover, whenever we raised a concern, often this was met with either apathy or misunderstood.
What's worse is that we had already met Mr Prem @ Hanuman Rd branch & Mr Praveen Bansal (manager @ Rohini) prior to giving the sample. We discussed the procedure & they assured us that no mistakes would be made in our case. Nevertheless, we were rather treated worse than the average customer by being fooled into thinking that over 20 SST biochemical tests can be performed from/by just using 1 yellow tube, holding around 5 - 6mL. This conflicts with the required amount as per their website, only proving their flawed 'testing' & consequently illegitimate results.
Despite this, still some tests that should've been completed later the next day were reported after 3days. This was only after meeting Mr Ashish Thakur, DGM @ Rohini. We humbly asked for a partial refund for all the delayed tests as many of these would've been tested (if at all) using the sample which had been stored beyond the recommended time. With some reluctance this was given.
However, after analysing how much sample would've been required & should've been taken, comparing to past parameters for certain long-term conditions & relating complimentary/combined parameters, many conflicting figures have emerged. These tests have been deemed as being inaccurate even by specialists.
Upon notifying them of this, our concerns were initially ignored by Mr Thakur & Mr Rajat Kalra, Company & Legal Head/Secretary. Then, despite explaining our concerns & the indication for a full refund, not to mention recompense for the time wasted & distress caused (repeat trips required), they are coercing the patient to give yet more blood. They also want to convince our specialists that there's nothing wrong with their results! No one can legally do this, as it is up to the patient to provide consent when giving a blood sample. In any case, the whole mess was caused by their apathy & incompetency. Why should & how can we trust them?
They've left us with no choice but to take legal action & proceed in such a manner. They project themselves to be invincible & are quite happy just to generate some random figures in exchange for hard-earned money. When it comes to admitting mistakes & truly rectifying the problem, they are miser enough to hold onto what are pennies for them. Our refund is still pending & no true apology has been made in the form of promptly refunding the pending nominal amount. They have effectively robbed & deprived us of our money by promising to deliver on a service we ordered but for which they never really did so.
We have seen other customers in similar situations & many people openly advise to avoid using them as they mix different patient's samples & give wrong results. Unfortunately, people seldom put these experiences here on this review platform. This biased accreditation by the president & associations have made them pompous in their approach. They're ensuring that this trauma continues by persisting with their callous & inhumane behaviour.

Quick service. test lab with maximum number of tests under one roof. most of the results have proved accurate for past 1 year.
