I don't like bashing people like this because I know they have a business to run but this was an extremely bad and intolerable experience. I must say, this was worst hotel experience of my life. The only positive is the proximity to the New Delhi railway station.

One of the worst possible hotel experience of my life. Rooms were not ready inspite of the fact that check-in time is over. No towels and toilet soaps in the room. Food is horrible. Hotel staffs and front desk manager is not cooperative.
