Located at the heart of Old Delhi.. Everything one needs is at walking distance from the Hotel. Very close to Metro.. Clean Rooms, good Reception and Well mannered Staff.

Room is okay, but help-desk people are bad and cunning. They ask for Cash upfront and annoy you with stupid questions when my stay was from 10: 30 pm to 11am. After a discussion of price finally he said breakfast is complementary and in the morning says you have to pay for it and claims he never mentioned about it.

A bit expensive but nice place. There was some problem with hot water so had to take a bath with chilled water😨.. Foreigners too booked rooms in this hotel which tells about the standards but the area nearby is very unhygenic and unpleasant. There are foreighners and Indians too who are drunk and ... but once you get into your room it feels great

It's more 2.5 stars but I'm going to err on the side of three as it wasn't that bad for what we paid.
Pros: hotel clerks were very friendly, attentive, and full of info. Breakfast was fantastic. The view from our window and the roof-top bar is very cool. The location was great-- close to main road(s) with a pretty bustling market beneath. Beds were soft and clean.
Cons: dirty, noisy. We had to ask to have them turn on the AC in the room. We didn't have hot water a couple of times and they had to turn the boiler back on. Wifi is spotty at best and most of the time we didn't use it. It had cockroaches.
